Amazing story
The name of Mui Ne came from the fact that when the fishermen went fishing and the beach met the storm, they often came here to take refuge. “Mui” is the cape; “Ne” means to avoid. Here is the harmony between the yellow of the sand, the color of the sun and the deep blue of the sea to create a warm and fresh feeling, attracting a lot of visitors.
The name was derived from the youngest princess of the Cham king. It was rumored that this land belonged to Cham people. When the princess was 16, she was suffered from a terminal illness. Later, people built Am temple for her to rest in here. Then, her nickname was “Na Ne” and gradually people changed the word “Na Ne” into Mui Ne. “Ne” was rhe name of that princess and “Mui” is the cape.
