If you’re just looking for a quiet place to hire, come and visit Ninh Binh in November. At this time, it doesn’t feel busy at all. The weather is cooler. Slight winds breathe but not disturbing the peace. The only drawback of this time is the rice fields. The farmers here finish harvesting rice in September, therefore by November, all the things left are yellow rice stubble and brown muddy in the fields. However, it doesn’t take away the charm of the place though.
