    Quang (Nam) styled-noodles

    You should not forget to try these noodles when traveling to Hoi An. Mi Quang might be sold in many places in Vietnam, such as Sai Gon, Da Nang, etc; however, Mi Quang in Hoi An has a significantly different and special flavor which you will never forget. It is a bowl of noodles, some slices of grilled pork, lettuce, peanut, boiled egg, basil, and green onion.

    The noodles here are different from other typical kinds of noodles as they have a thin, flat but chewy texture and they are always fresh.
