Nem nuong is a Vietnamese specialty made of pork. To make nem nuong, people cut the lean ground pork or tenderloin into small pieces, and pulse in the food processor with pepper, fish sauce, sugar, garlic powder, and some special fine herbs until it fully incorporated.
